How long does it take to process an order and when should I receive it?

We will process your order within 1-3 business days.

As all orders are made to order we try our best to do it on the day we receive your order and post it within 1-3 business day.

If you are in Australia it should reach you within 5 working days from the day we send it and if you are outside Australia it may take up to 21 working days if you choose the standard shipping.

If you choose the international express shipping option then it may arrive within 10-14 business days after the order has been processed.

How much does shipping cost?

Standard domestic shipping is Free of charge for every order (within Australia), if you wish to have your order sent to you by express post  there is a charge of AUD$15.00 (within Australia) and AUD$25.00 (International).

Do you offer express delivery?

We offer express post at AUD$15.00 (within Australia) and AUD$25.00 (International).

Do you send internationally and how much does postage cost?

We do send at an international level at AUD$15 for standard shipping per order.

If you would like to use the express service there is an extra cost of AUD$25.00 (per order) and please allow up to 10 business days from the day we sent the parcel out.

Measurements guide (laying flat) are as follow:

  • 18 Months - approximately 36 (H)X 28 (W)  (Child height up to 86 CM)
  •  24 Months -approximately 38 (H)X 230(W)  (Child height up to 92 CM)
  •  3 - 4 Years- approximately 42 (H)X 34 (W)  (Child height 98 - 104 CM)
  •  4 - 5 years -approximately 46 (H)X 36 (W)  (Child height 104 - 110 CM)

Care Guide:


  • Always read the care label and washing instructions before washing your clothes.

  • Arrange your laundry into groups with similar wash care instructions and organise into whites, darks and colours.

  • The washing label temperature is the highest permitted temperature. But if you are unsure, always wash at a lower temperature rather than higher.

  • Turn garment inside out before washing.


  • Avoid using too much detergent.
  • Do not use fabric detergents, which contain bleach.
  • Do not tumble dry garment.
  • Do not iron prints directly. Always turn garment inside out before ironing.
  • Do not leave garments with white and contrast coloured panels soaking for prolonged periods.

Can I return my item if I change my mind?

An item can be returned if you change your mind, however, the item must be in its perfect unworn condition with its tag and packaging and at least returned 7 days from the time you receive your order and please note that you will have to cover the postage costs yourself.

· If you would like to to return your item, please first contact Mômes at the following email address:momes@momes-store.com and please enter your order number in the subject line.

  • We want to give you a hassle-free way to return anything, so you can return any item to us within 7 days of receiving your original order, including sale items.
  • You can return your parcel using any postal service, however, as the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives with us, remember to ask for proof of postage, so if your parcel goes missing in the mail, you’ll have proof you've sent it.
  • All we ask is that you make sure we know the order number your return relates to and your details. We can’t refund you without these details, so make sure you include you include your order number in your return parcel.
  • It can usually take up to 21 working days for your return to be delivered back to us (Australia), depending on your location and which postal service you use. 
  • We’ll send you an email as soon as we've received your return in its original condition and apply your refund to your original payment method. This is usually done within 1 working day.
  • Any refund will automatically be issued to the card you used to place the original order. This typically takes 5-10 working days, dependent on your bank/card issuer.
  • We try hard to accept all returns, and returns to us don’t need to be in the original packaging. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.

Do you accept exchange?

If you want item replaced for a different size or colour, or you want a different item, you will need to first contact Mômes at the following email address:momes@momes-store.com and enter your order number in the subject line. Please advise us what you are after and our friendly customer service will be able to assist you.

Do you offer special customise T-shirts?

One of the things Mômes does differently from other children’s clothing is that we do provide custom made T-shirts.

Don’t like this moustache, glasses, hat or anything else and would like to mix and match it with something else you have seen on another funky T-shirt? Please email us at momes@momes-store.com and let us know the name of the product you would like to mix and match and our friendly customer service will be happy to assist you and create your own T-shirt.
